1) Job gives you a secure environment and you got a check at the end of month in the form of salary. While in case of business there is a risk because you don’t know what will happened. 2) A job required education and sometimes a high degree,while in business basic education is required. And business mind is required. 3) In case of job you joined another businesses while in case of business you are your own boss. 4) Job means join other businesses while business means to make a team and starts doing work. 5) Job and business both required a hard work and regularity in time but in case of business there is some time freedom as compared to job. 6) In case of job a person can earn only active income while in business a team works that’s why a person can earn passive income.

ESBI quadrant is all about business and job. It clears the concepts about job and a business. ESBI means Enhanced- Side Ballistic Inserts. Basically this is a chart which tells us that how to produce income. It gives four important ways to produce income. Let’s discuss these four ways in detail.
E-QUADRANT : This quadrant shows those people who are employees and doing any particular job. People in this quadrant are mostly wants to live in a secure invironment . That’s why they choose E-Quadrant . People in this quadrant mostly wants security and don’t wants to take risk. People in this quadrant hesitate to build up their own business that’s why they spend their whole life by doing a job . These people are bounded to follow the rules made by their owner. They are bounded to do work almost eight to nine hours in a day.
S-QUADRANT : This quadrant shows the people who are self employees means they have their own shop or a small business. The people lies on this quadrant are mostly wants some Independence and they want to do small businesses in secure conditions. These people mostly do a local business in a particular area. They wants to become a job owner. They made their own small rules and follow them to expand the business.
B-QUDRANT : This quadrant shows the people who wants to do business on a large scale and wants to become a business owner. People present in this quadrant don’t hesitate to take risk . They have some goals in their life and they wants to achieve them. They never take step back. They starts a business and do hard work to grow their business. The most important thing in this quadrant is that people who are present in this quadrant provides earning opportunities for other people. Because a business required a team work. They made their own rules and can’t bounded to follow the rules made by others.
I-QUADRANT : This quadrant shows the people who are investors and wants to invest on some business and took the advantage. On this stage the money works for a person . They are mostly businessman and they have a good experience in this field and have good and excellent mind to understand the difficulties in business. These people have a time freedom and a lot of time to spend with their family and for enjoying their life.
